德国烤猪肘
德国著名烤猪蹄,外酥内嫩,配上蔬菜和酸菜,一个猪蹄可以把两个人吃的撑翻了。4月的时候在德国科隆吃了,然后回家后一直想自己尝试一下,猪蹄自己本来不贵,反而是调料有点贵,不过买回来可以煮各种西餐。

Steps to make 德国烤猪肘

  • 1.准备好所有的调料,那个像植物的是罗勒叶,小罐调料是迷迭香。一般在比较高级的超市,都能买到干的香料
  • 2.将所有调料切碎,然后抹在猪蹄上面,紧紧的用保鲜膜裹住,放入冰箱保存。一般腌制24-48小时,我自己腌制了48小时
  • 3.腌制好后,将所有的腌制调料除去。然后将猪肘上锅蒸,我用的一般的蒸锅,蒸了50分钟左右。如果用高压锅,25分钟左右就可以了。
  • 4.取出蒸好的猪肘,不要蒸的时候剩下的肉汁倒掉,我们可以用来调汁和煮蔬菜
  • 5.将烤箱预热到220度,烤盘铺上锡纸,放上猪肘,烤40分钟左右。
  • 6.把土豆和胡萝卜切条,用蒸猪肘剩下的肉汁,煮熟土豆和胡萝卜。煮熟后,然后将剩下汤汁调成糖醋汁。
  • 7.取出烤好的猪肘,装盘,我在这里配上了一些德国酸菜。
  • 8.最后传一个我在德国科隆吃到真宗的德国烤猪肘。其实,味道很接近了呢。:)
