  • 无盐黄油150g
  • 蛋液150g
  • 糖粉150g
  • 黄柠檬1个半

  • 1.黄油室温软化至牙签能轻松戳穿过去
  • 2.三鸡蛋打散使用
  • 3.黄柠檬屑只取黄皮部分,切勿把白皮部分混入影响口感
  • 4.糖粉加入软化的黄油打发至呈白
  • 5.分4次加入蛋液搅拌混合
  • 6.筛入低粉,倒进柠檬屑翻搅拌均匀
  • 7.倒入模具中刮平【我的模具三能25cm】
  • 8.烤箱提前预热180度,中下层烤制37分钟。
  • 9.烤制17分钟后拉出在蛋糕体中横划一刀【时间与温度请根据自己烤箱做出适当调整】
  • 10.出炉倒出冷却即可
