  • 老抽两勺
  • 生抽两勺
  • 小苏打1-2g

Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.所需食材:豆角、鸡蛋面、肉、大蒜。
  • 2.鸡蛋面先蒸十分钟。
  • 3.肉切片。
  • 4.热锅热油,大火下入肉片翻炒,肉变色淋几滴料酒去腥。
  • 5.放入葱花煸出香味。
  • 6.下入豆角翻炒至断生。
  • 7.转小火调味,十三香少许。
  • 8.糖少许。
  • 9.加入老抽两勺。
  • 10.加入生抽两勺、盐适量,继续翻炒。
  • 11.加水没过豆角,水要多加一些。
  • 12.转大火,水开后加入一点小苏打,盖盖炖8-10分钟。
  • 13.豆角炖差不多,把豆角汤盛出来一部分。
  • 14.下入面条,继续炖五分钟,面条要时不时翻动一下避免巴锅,分几次加入豆角汤,直到面条成熟。关火,加入蒜末即可。
