陈皮桂花饼
以前做的都是桂花饼,这次加了些陈皮粉。
陈皮具有促消化,增加食欲的功效。因为陈皮含有类柠檬苦素,这种类柠檬苦素味有助于促进肠道的蠕动,进而促进消化;另外,陈皮含有挥发油、橙皮甙、维生素B、C等成分,它所含的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除积气,增加食欲。

Steps to make 陈皮桂花饼

  • 1.油皮油酥分别合成面团后醒1个小时。
  • 2.油皮包着油酥,把口合住。
  • 3.全部包好后取一个擀成长条,从上向下卷起。
  • 4.全部擀好后醒15分钟。
  • 5.醒15分钟后在擀成长条卷起。
  • 6.醒15分钟。
  • 7.从中间按下。
  • 8.两边向上。
  • 9.擀成圆形。
  • 10.把桂花,陈皮粉,白糖混合,擀成圆片后包入混合好的馅料,把口合严。
  • 11.收口向下,再擀成圆形。
  • 12.刷上蛋液,撒上黑白芝麻,烤箱提前预热,下火160度,上火180度烤30分钟。
  • 13.成品图。
  • 14.酥香可口,健胃消食。
  • 15.这个配方不是太甜,如果喜欢甜的,可以适当添加白糖。
