小龙虾沙拉
油醋汁是西方蔬菜沙拉的一种常见调味汁,主要由油、醋、咸味剂组成,油通常用橄榄油,醋是黑醋​。不过我觉得地道油醋汁的配方还是不够健康(油太多),且手边也不常有地道油醋汁的材料​,因此我都是按自己手边的材料来配比​:1大勺芝麻油、1大勺香醋、1大勺生抽,再根据味觉添加点盐、糖;有时手边有柠檬汁,也会用它来代替香醋​;有核桃油也用它代替芝麻油​;有时也会用蚝油代替生抽,总之在味型差不多的情况下有什么用什么​。当然,有时太懒,我也会用现成的油醋汁来代替手工调配​。​

Steps to make 小龙虾沙拉

  • 1.食材和调味料准备好。
  • 2.圣女果和生菜洗净后,清水中加一勺盐,浸泡10分钟后用凉开水过一遍去除生水。
  • 3.锅中加水、1勺盐和葱姜,大火煮开。
  • 4.洗净的小龙虾下锅大火煮10分钟。
  • 5.捞起冲凉后剥壳,抽掉泥肠。
  • 6.鹌鹑蛋冷水下锅,加一点盐煮沸后再煮6~8分钟,冲凉剥壳。
  • 7.生菜叶撕大块,放入大碗中。
  • 8.圣女果对半切开加入生菜碗。
  • 9.鹌鹑蛋对半切开加入生菜碗。
  • 10.小龙虾仁加入生菜碗。
  • 11.根据自己口味加入2~3大勺味达美香水柠檬芥末油醋汁。
  • 12.0添加、0油脂的健康油醋汁,新鲜美味的食材,怎么能不放开肚皮吃个痛快呢?
