  • 1.准备好南瓜去皮去瓤。

  • 8.取出排气。
  • 9.分成若干小份盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 10.红豆沙备好。
  • 11.取一个松弛好的面团压扁,在中间位置放上一颗红豆沙馅。
  • 12.收好收口。
  • 13.轻轻滚压成长条形。
  • 14.全部做好码入烤盘中。
  • 15.放入烤箱中发酵至两倍大,发酵的时候烤箱底部放一盆热水增加湿度。
  • 16.送入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火170°,15分钟表皮上色即可。
  • 17.纯天然无添加。
