草莓酱酸奶小餐包

Steps to make 草莓酱酸奶小餐包

  • 1.所有主料除黄油外全部入面包桶中
  • 2.启动“和面”程序,待面团光滑后,加入软化的黄油,继续揉面
  • 3.待面团光滑,能够扯出大片薄膜时,可进行基础发酵
  • 4.待面团是原来的2.5倍大时,用手指蘸面粉,在面团顶部中央以戳个洞,不塌陷不回缩,发酵成功
  • 5.面团取出,置于案上,称重分成10等份,分别揉圆,松弛10分钟
  • 6.取其中一个小面团,擀成牛舌状,抹适量草莓酱
  • 7.卷起后,再揉成球
  • 8.其它面团依次处理,随做随放入模具中
  • 9.待面团是原来的2倍大时,开始预热烤箱,180度
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱中层,180度,20分钟左右,表面颜色变深
  • 11.出炉,晾架上晾凉后,封袋保存
  • 12.小餐包表面没有刷蛋液,透着朴素的气息
  • 13.酱多料足,很美味
