Steps to make 补充胶原蛋白的美容菜—冬菜蒸猪脚

  • 1.猪蹄洗净先焯水,和冷水一起下锅,加点白醋,水开后煮三分钟,撇去泡沫。
  • 2.猪脚沥干水,再起一锅冷水,把猪脚放入冷水中,水开后,用网筛沥干猪脚,备用。
  • 3.提前准备好材料:八角、辣椒干、香叶、桂皮、花椒、冰糖、姜片和冬菜,姜片忘记拍了。
  • 4.锅烧热,转小火,倒入两小勺油,把事先准备好的香料放入油锅中煸香,铲起备用。
  • 5.剩下的热油内加入冰糖,小火慢熬。
  • 6.冰糖融化至焦糖色后加入猪脚,快速翻炒至猪脚均匀上色,再把备用的香料混合到猪脚里。
  • 7.加入料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油、少许盐翻炒均匀。
  • 8.准备一个大碗,冬菜铺底。
  • 9.炒好的猪脚均匀地铺在冬菜上面,把碗放入电压力锅里的蒸架上,合上盖子,定时15分钟。
  • 10.到时间以后,等电压力锅排掉热气,打开锅盖,猪脚的香味扑面而来,冬菜的咸香味也能闻到。
  • 11.把大碗里的冬菜猪脚装一部分到小碗里,色香味俱全啊!
