红烧大头海鱼
这是一种海鱼,看着这鱼和鲬鱼很像,但也不敢确定。
因为只记得当初买的时候,老板管它叫大头鱼,所以也不知学名叫什么了。

  • 蒜子两瓣
  • 红葱头5瓣
  • 一茶匙
  • 2汤匙
  • 酱油一汤匙
  • 生粉一茶匙
  • 香醋一汤匙

Steps to make 红烧大头海鱼

  • 1.把鱼清理干净,在鱼身上划几刀。
  • 2.把盐均匀涂在鱼身上,腌制一小时左右。
  • 3.准备配料(生姜;蒜子;干葱头)。
  • 4.热锅下油,把鱼放锅里煎。
  • 5.两面煎至微黄色,把所有配料加入炒香。
  • 6.接着把调好的酱汁加入(米酒;酱油;香醋;清水拌匀),盖上锅盖大火焖煮几分钟,再转小火焖。
  • 7.煮至剩少量水时,加入适量生粉芡,继续烧开拌匀即可。
