  • 1.猪肉切块。
  • 2.加入盐,白胡椒粉,1勺料酒和鸡蛋黄。
  • 3.抓匀备用。

  • 5.碗中加入1勺料酒,辣酱油,白糖,白醋和5勺清水拌匀。
  • 6.锅中烧油,猪肉加入红薯淀粉抓匀后入6成热油锅中炸至变色后捞出,升高油温后复炸一次。

  • 8.加入青红椒炒匀。
  • 9.倒入糖醋汁烧开。
  • 10.放入菠萝和炸肉,根据口味加盐调味后大火炒匀即可。
