自制油条
油条是一种老少都喜欢的油炸食品。
虽然不能多吃,但小朋友想吃的时候,给他做一次最起码卫生。
这还是第一次制作油条,
其实距离上一次吃油条已经快三年了,当时还在怀着我家娃,那时候的确管不住嘴呀!现在小朋友都可以尝了。
感觉第一次制作还是挺成功的,和外面卖的有得一拼哈!

  • 普通面粉250g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 3g
  • 白糖2g
  • 泡打粉3g

Steps to make 自制油条

  • 1.称好面粉。
  • 2.加进盐,油(约25ml),泡打粉,白糖,鸡蛋和适量水。
  • 3.一起揉成光滑的面团,再把面团反复按压折叠。
  • 4.整成长条状,用保鲜膜包裹放冰箱冷藏8小时以上(我是前一天晚上做,第二天早上炸)。
  • 5.案板撒上面粉将冷藏后的面团放在上面,面团的表面也撒上面粉防粘,轻点擀成6、7cm宽1cm厚左右的长条.
  • 6.再切成每个约1.5cm宽的段。
  • 7.间隔取一条翻面放在另一条上,中间用筷子压一下。再稍微拉抻两头捏紧(我看见面团挺湿的,压得挺严,所以后面那批就没两头捏紧,结果炸的时候就分开了),
  • 8.油温较高时把油条放进炸制(可以先放一根下去,如果可以马上浮起来便可以),面团浮起后,用筷子反复拨弄,让其均匀受热。
  • 9.炸至金黄色时捞出控油。
