肉末茄子焖面

  • 郫县豆瓣酱1勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 1勺
  • 半勺
  • 300ml

Steps to make 肉末茄子焖面

  • 1.茄子切条,放入盐腌10分钟。之后攥出水分。这样茄子会不那么吸油。
  • 2.西红柿切小块。葱姜蒜备好。
  • 3.肉末炒至7-8分熟时,放入葱姜蒜。
  • 4.放入一勺郫县豆瓣酱。炒出红油。
  • 5.依次放入西红柿,和茄子。
  • 6.炒熟。
  • 7.先加入水。再加入订好比例的酱汁。
  • 8.盛出几勺汤汁。
  • 9.放入湿面。
  • 10.中火焖10分钟
  • 11.倒回汤汁。再焖五分钟。拌匀。
  • 12.出锅时撒入葱花。完成!
