【花样寿司】----心形寿司
前段时间在网上团购了一个寿司模具,原本是给女儿买着玩呢!看她用这个模具也作出了好多不能纯手工制作的形状,我也很好奇,于是乎也就动手做着试试看。
   其实,用这个模具很好做的,没啥技术含量,只要你配好料就行,把米饭压实,把馅料摆好,切片的时候用力,吃的时候别忘去掉保鲜膜就行了。

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----心形寿司

    • 1.煮好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋(一碗饭一汤匙寿司醋)。搅拌均匀。
    • 2.将鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼,切条。胡萝卜切条,开水煮软。黄瓜切条、大根切条、火腿肠切条。
    • 3.准备好模具。看,这个模具下面是尖尖的,上面的盖子是中间凹下的,组合起来就是个心型。
    • 4.将模具(心形模具)摆好,套上保鲜膜。
    • 5.将海苔铺在保鲜膜上。
    • 6.将拌好的米饭均匀铺在里面。
    • 7.用压膜来回压一下。(模具盖子反面)。
    • 8.看,中间就形成一个凹槽,这个时候下面的米饭也被压实了。
    • 9.将鸡蛋、胡萝卜、黄瓜、大根等放入凹槽。
    • 10.再铺上一层米饭。
    • 11.将紫菜来回盖严,保鲜膜包紧。
    • 12.将心形模具的上盖压紧,2-3分钟。
    • 13.根据模具上的槽进行切件。摆盘的时候把保鲜膜揭掉。
    • 14.漂亮的心形寿司就做好了。
