Steps to make 腊肠煲仔饭

  • 1.准备:珍珠米。
  • 2.备:鸡蛋,甜豆,腊肠,调好的酱汁。
  • 3.先将米洗两遍。
  • 4.放少许花生油拌匀,静放15分钟。
  • 5.添加适量的水,大火烧开(水的量视各种米吸收量不一样)。
  • 6.烧至表面水分已没。
  • 7.摆入腊肠。
  • 8.在中间处打入鸡蛋。
  • 9.盖回盖子小火继续焖煮。
  • 10.甜豆用开水烫熟备用。
  • 11.米饭焖差不多十来分钟后打开盖子,好香,米饭已熟透。
  • 12.将甜豆摆入。
  • 13.淋上调好的酱汁。
  • 14.洒上葱花(直接开吃也可以盖上盖子焖一会儿,这样底下的饭焦就很香)。
