芒果班戟
班戟是pancake的粤语音译,用广东话发音就叫“班戟”,原来的意思是薄煎餅、薄烤饼。在国外它只是一张饼,但到了香港,饼里面被包上香浓冰涼的奶油和新鮮水果,完美的组合帶来的是更多的惊喜,那份入口瞬间即溶的甜蜜,搭配上水果,绝对不会让你感觉过腻,吃过了就还想再吃。班戟连烤箱都不用,只要一只不粘平底锅,在家就能轻松操作!

  • 牛奶240克
  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 黄油15克
  • 糖粉20克
  • 淡奶油100ML
  • 芒果1个

Steps to make 芒果班戟

  • 1.准备好所需材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋中加入20克糖粉或白砂糖。
  • 3.搅拌均匀后加入牛奶,继续拌匀。
  • 4.筛入低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将融化成液态的黄油倒入。
  • 6.搅拌均匀后将面糊静置20分钟,然后再过筛一遍,即成细腻的蛋糊。
  • 7.不粘锅小火加热,直接倒入一勺面糊,转动锅让面糊均匀摊成薄圆饼,等表面凝结成半透明状取出晾凉。
  • 8.淡奶油加入细砂糖打发。
  • 9.芒果从中间切开,划十字花刀,取果肉。
  • 10.取一片班戟皮,光滑的那面朝下。放上一小块奶油,上边放上一块芒果。(芒果最好切大点块,小块就多放几块)。
  • 11.把班戟皮折过来,包住内馅。
  • 12.包好后,倒过来,收口朝下。
  • 13.做好的班戟,摆入盘中,即可食用。(冷藏后风味更佳)
  • 14.切开后就能看到奶油里包裹的芒果肉啦!
  • 15.吃不了的就装盒放冰箱冷藏哦!
