原味玛德琳蛋糕
玛德琳蛋糕真是一款超可爱的小蛋糕,看着它在烤箱里高高鼓起的肚子真是惊叹不已,当取出烤箱翻起一个个蛋糕,看着那圆润的贝壳造型更是让人爱不释手,咬上一口厚实而细腻,再配上一杯咖啡我想一定特别美妙吧!

  • 细砂糖150克
  • 鸡蛋3个一个60克左右
  • 香草精2滴
  • 黄油150克
  • 柠檬汁数滴
  • 泡打粉4克
  • 7克

Steps to make 原味玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料。
  • 2.鸡蛋打入一个干净的容器里,打散,打均匀,不需要打发。
  • 3.加入白砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再加入柠檬和香草精,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将容器里的面粉、泡打粉、盐搅拌均匀。
  • 6.过筛入蛋糊中。
  • 7.充分的搅拌均匀。
  • 8.将黄油切小块放入奶锅中充分融化,趁热倒入搅拌均匀的蛋糊中迅速搅拌均匀。
  • 9.将搅拌均匀的蛋糊用保鲜膜封好,放入冰箱中冷藏1个小时左右。
  • 10.装入裱花袋中。
  • 11.给模具刷上一层油,这样脱模的时候就会容易一些。
  • 12.挤入9分满的蛋糊。
  • 13.放入烤箱中层,上火180度,下火150度烤大约10分钟,边缘稍有上色中等即可取出。
