酥炸椒盐金针菇
平时金针菇的吃法吃腻了,这次来一个炸的金针菇香酥脆,特别好吃,当宵夜下酒菜小零食都不错。

Steps to make 酥炸椒盐金针菇

  • 1.金针菇去掉蒂部。
  • 2.撕成小朵放入水中清洗。
  • 3.准备好蛋液和淀粉。
  • 4.洗好的金针菇沥干水分。
  • 5.拿一束金针菇,先在鸡蛋液里粘一层蛋液。
  • 6.再放入淀粉中包裹一层淀粉。
  • 7.锅中油烧热后把金针菇放入炸。
  • 8.炸至金针菇金黄后捞出,再上层撒一层椒盐粉即可。
