  • 1.先将粉丝洗净,过热水淖2分钟,捞出来过凉水备用。
  • 2.将里脊肉切成片。

  • 5.锅里放油,六成热放入葱、姜、蒜末煸炒出香味。
  • 6.放入肉末翻炒。
  • 7.炒到肉末变成白色。
  • 8.放入郫县辣酱翻炒。
  • 9.放入酱油、辣椒、白糖加水烧开。
  • 10.放入粉丝翻炒。
  • 11.炒制汤汁浓稠,加入香油调味。即可出锅。
  • 12.装盘即可。
