【花样寿司】----什锦寿司
寿司是日本食品,起源于日本本土。公元700年即(奈 良年代)寿司创造于日本。当时是一些商旅,用醋 腌制饭团,再加上海产或肉类,压成一小块,作为沿途的食粮,后来广泛地流传日本,当时的配料更用上各种剌身,并名为“江户散指”亦称“握指”,即是现今最受欢迎的寿司。
   其实;除“握指”之外,尚有“卷指”及“箱寿司”,“卷指”是把饭、青瓜、吞拿鱼、蛋及腌萝卜等材料用紫菜包着。“箱寿司”则先将饭放入木盒中,铺上各式配料加盖力压,然后把木盒寿司抽出切开一块块,由于状若箱子,因而得名。
日本寿司分两大派别:一、江户派,握寿司;二、关西派,箱寿司(大阪的最有名),相比之下,握寿司更让大家青睐。寿司有多个品种,主要的有:寿司卷、太卷、细卷、手卷、里卷、军舰卷、押寿司、握寿司、散寿司等等。   
   尽管日本寿司有很多讲究,但是随着时代的发展也逐渐变得更为简单好做。其实对于我们来讲,如何吃的开心吃的营养才是最主要的,这款什锦寿司是卷寿司的一种代表,简单好做,营养丰富,味道鲜美。

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----什锦寿司

    • 1.煮好的米饭趁热倒入寿司醋。
    • 2.搅拌均匀。
    • 3.准备好其他配料。
    • 4.将鸡蛋打散煎成蛋饼,晾凉切宽条。
    • 5.胡萝卜切条,开水煮软。
    • 6.黄瓜切条、大根切条、火腿肠切条,鸡蛋饼切片,胡萝卜切条。
    • 7.取一个寿司帘,放保鲜膜,放一张海苔,倒入少许米饭。
    • 8.自上而下将米饭铺匀,上部留空,便于最后卷好后粘卷。
    • 9.在铺匀的米饭上抹沙拉酱。
    • 10.撒少许肉松。
    • 11.铺上鸡蛋片,黄瓜条、大根条、火腿肠条,胡萝卜条。
    • 12.自下而上卷起来,卷紧。
    • 13.卷的时候注意用力均匀。
    • 14.卷好后可以用保鲜膜卷着停留一会再切片。
    • 15.吃的时候可以蘸一点寿司酱油和芥末。
