收到东菱DL-TM018新面包机,正好碰上苹果的季节,苹果是又甜又大个,便宜又新鲜。趁这个这个季节,就做些糖苹果粒,搭配酸奶,牛奶麦片啥的做早餐也是很好的选择。做好的糖苹果粒还可以做面包夹馅和苹果派哦。我用东菱面包机选择了果酱功能,耗时1小时20分钟,口感已经很好,但我做了两份的量,所以我又用不粘锅把糖苹果粒炒的更干些利于保存~

Steps to make 糖苹果粒

  • 1.新东菱面包机用之前要用少量清水烘烤10分钟去掉发热管机油,面包桶再洗净就可以用啦
  • 2.苹果去皮去核切0.5CM大小的方块,放入干净无油的大碗内
  • 3.挤入半个新鲜柠檬汁
  • 4.倒入细砂糖,混匀静置1小时,会有水分渗出
  • 5.把苹果连糖水一起倒入东菱面包桶内,加入清水50ML
  • 6.盖上锡纸防止果汁飞出,合上面包机盖,启动果酱键,耗时1小时20分钟
  • 7.取出大概是这个状态,为了保存更久,我用了不粘锅炒了几分钟,让糖苹果粒容易保存。如果做的量不多,就不用翻炒了哦,这样就可以吃了,口感最好
  • 8.我把多余的都炒到最后几乎没有水分,放凉了颜色会变深和晶莹剔透
  • 9.装进干净无油的瓶子密封保存
