Steps to make 肉松饭团

  • 1.米饭焖的稍微硬一点的口感,加少许糯米和大米一起焖。家里没有肉松了,拿鱼片切碎代替。鸡蛋打散,红萝卜用来做造型。
  • 2.熬制寿司醋。盐,白糖,白醋按1:2:5的比例调匀,稍微熬一下,晾凉备用。
  • 3.把寿司醋倒入米饭搅拌均匀。拿手沾水或者带一次性手套,捏饭团,把肉松包在饭团里。胡萝卜做出自己想要的造型,拿水滴一两滴橄榄油煮开灼熟。(这个步骤为了让红萝卜看起来色泽鲜艳)放凉备用做造型。
  • 4.把包好的饭团在搅拌好的鸡蛋液里浸湿,开火放不粘锅,油烧热小火略微炸一下。出锅后拿吸油纸把多余的油吸干,包上海苔。完工~好吃又简单的饭团君,萌萌哒等你来吃哦~
