双椒泡笋鸭肫

Steps to make 双椒泡笋鸭肫

  • 1.鸭肫洗干净。
  • 2.切成片
  • 3.锅里水开以后倒入鸭肫片和适量料酒焯水
  • 4.捞出沥干水分,装在盘子里。
  • 5.把野山椒和酸笋从泡菜坛子里捞出来。
  • 6.仔姜切成片,蒜切成末,辣椒斜切。
  • 7.热锅下冷油。
  • 8.油热了以后倒入蒜末爆香
  • 9.加入一勺豆瓣酱
  • 10.倒入酸笋翻炒均匀。
  • 11.爆炒出红油以后倒入鸭肫片,翻炒均匀。
  • 12.倒入尖椒和仔姜,翻炒。
  • 13.翻炒均匀,
  • 14.倒入适量鸡精。
  • 15.炒匀,起锅,开吃。
