  • 2.山药切成片倒入在沸水中,煮到断生后捞出过凉;蟹味菇摘成小朵洗净,同样在沸水中煮熟捞出过凉,沥干水份;木耳泡发,撕成小朵;腊肉切片;
  • 3.锅中热油,爆香葱姜蒜,下腊肉翻炒,然后放入处理好的山药
  • 4.再放入蟹味菇、木耳
