Steps to make 【冰糖雪梨盒】

  • 1.雪梨,百合,枸杞,冰糖。
  • 2.在雪梨的三分之一处切开,就是擦丝具顶端的波浪片。
  • 3.用汤匙把雪梨中间的核舀出来。
  • 4.取一个碗,放入雪梨,再放入冲洗完的百合,不需要泡发。
  • 5.再放入冰糖。
  • 6.盖上梨盖,插上两根牙签固定住。
  • 7.倒入半碗清水。
  • 8.冷水上锅,隔水炖四十分钟。
  • 9.再放入洗净的枸杞继续炖五分钟即可。
  • 10.拔掉牙签,打开盖盒,百合胀大,冰糖化开,汁水都流到清水里了,最后可以连果肉一起吃,我个人比较喜欢只取汁喝。
