双色冰淇淋蛋糕

Steps to make 双色冰淇淋蛋糕

  • 1.制作材料
  • 2.1.正方形慕斯圈底部包好锡纸待用
  • 3.2.饼干先捣碎(或放保鲜袋里用擀面杖擀碎)再用孔大点的筛子筛一下,让饼干碎小点颗粒
  • 4.3.巧克力和黄油一起隔热水溶化成液态
  • 5.4.把溶化成液态的黄油巧克力倒入捣碎的饼干碎里拌均匀
  • 6.5.把拌匀的饼干碎混合物倒入包了锡纸的慕斯圈里,用刮刀把饼干碎均匀的铺开按压平
  • 7.6.取两片干净的塑料片类的薄片,两边放好香草冰淇淋,用薄片隔开,中间放巧克力冰淇淋
  • 8.7.冰淇淋都放好一样高度位置后,提起两片薄片取走,放冷冻冰箱冻4个小时
  • 9.8.冻好取出放温室片刻即可脱模,再切成小块,表面撒上玉米片即可
