美味的寿司
一直喜欢寿司,总想自己做,后来在网上买了好多海苔,回来开始自己弄,呵呵,老公和同学都是超级喜欢吃的!这寿司的照片还是我08年拍的了,后来做熟了就没有再拍,现在拿来凑合用吧!

    Steps to make 美味的寿司

    • 1.将黄瓜,胡萝卜,火腿,摊好的鸡蛋皮分别切丝,别的不说,鸡蛋皮摊的可是绝对的薄的。
    • 2.用电饭煲做熟的米饭。在闷饭前在米中加点食用油,鸡精,并将米用水多泡一会儿,有半个多小时就可以了,这样闷出的米饭更软更有粘度,如果喜欢的话还可以在闷好的米饭中放些白醋和糖,我没有放,不太喜欢那个味儿。
    • 3.将热米饭平铺在海苔上,但米饭不易太烫,那样在卷的时候会把海苔烫破的,最好也别等米饭凉了,那样米饭和海苔不容易粘合在一起。
    • 4.在米饭上放好各种切好的材料。
    • 5.用手卷起,卷的时候一定要卷得紧一些,也可以用竹帘,我没用,我觉得用那个,还不如元宵自己卷得紧呢。
    • 6.看,很快就卷好这么多了。
    • 7.卷好后,用刀切成小段,记住在切的时候刀一定要快一些,而且每切一次最好用清水沾一下刀,这样切起来切口处比较干净!怎么样放在盒里有点那意思吧。
