老式提浆五仁月饼

  • 熟杏仁50克
  • 熟核挑仁50克
  • 白艺麻50克
  • 黑芝麻50克
  • 100克
  • 葡萄干50克
  • 草莓干50克
  • 花生油75克
  • 75克
  • 青红丝30克
  • 瓜子仁20克
  • 熟糯米粉110克
  • 600克
  • 300克
  • 蜂蜜50克
  • 花生油60克
  • 面粉560克

Steps to make 老式提浆五仁月饼

  • 1.将600克白糖加300g水外加2一3片柠檬片中火烧开至白糖溶化制成糖浆,出锅晾凉备用
  • 2.将花生仁磨碎,并放入其它馅料混和均匀
  • 3.捏成一个个的圆球(花生仁忘了去皮所从才这颜色)
  • 4.依次做好
  • 5.340g榶浆十50g蜂蜜十花生油混和均匀,倒入面粉搅拌
  • 6.拌匀后揉成面团松驰2小时备用
  • 7.将松驰好的面团分成小剂
  • 8.用手按成饼
  • 9.包入馅料
  • 10.包好的月饼放入月饼模具印出喜欢的花纹
  • 11.表面均匀的喷撒一层水入烤箱。温度和时间视自家烤箱决定。因本人使用的烤箱简陋不用设定温度,所以只能随时观察着,约20分钟吧
  • 12.成品欣赏,这是刷了蛋液的,总是刷不均匀。
  • 13.自认为还是不刷蛋液更漂亮
