  • 1.鲫鱼收拾干净。
  • 2.姜葱放入炒锅小火炒香。
  • 3.放入豆瓣酱,翻炒均匀出红油。
  • 4.花椒放入。
  • 5.加入适量的清水,放入鲫鱼。
  • 6.放入少许红烧酱油。
  • 7.一点白糖,保持小火,慢炖鲫鱼。
  • 8.淀粉加鸡精。
  • 9.放入少许清水,调成水淀粉备用。
  • 10.鲫鱼炖煮二十分钟后轻轻捞出。
  • 11.留汤汁,开大火。
  • 12.倒入水淀粉,翻炒均匀,再次开锅后关火,成浓稠汁。
  • 13.浇上鲫鱼,撒香菜葱花末,即可。
  • 14.豆瓣鲫鱼。
