波兰种南瓜面包

Steps to make 波兰种南瓜面包

  • 1.波兰种面团材料搅匀,放在保鲜盒里放冰箱冷藏发酵17个小时。
  • 2.南瓜去皮蒸熟,在料理机中打成泥。
  • 3.鸡蛋、南瓜泥先放入面包机内胆中。
  • 4.放入波兰种面团、高筋面粉、糖和盐对角放置、酵母埋在面粉最上面,启动一个揉面程序。
  • 5.放入软化的黄油,再启动一个揉面程序至扩展阶段。
  • 6.面团取出揉圆放大盆里,盖保鲜膜放温暖处发酵。
  • 7.发酵2.5倍大的面团。
  • 8.面团取出放案板上按揉排气,均匀分成小份。这次面团湿度有点大,操作时手上抹点油或戴一次性手套。
  • 9.小面团搓长,放到面包模中。
  • 10.放到烤箱中发酵,下面放一碗热水。
  • 11.发酵好的面包胚。
  • 12.刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻。
  • 13.放到预热好的烤箱中,中层、上下火175度,25分钟,上色后加盖锡纸。
  • 14.新鲜出炉。
