传统韭菜盒子
一直不喜欢吃外面的菜盒,太油了,还是喜欢自己做的传统韭菜盒子,喧软劲道,家常味十足。

  • 面粉500g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 粉丝1把
  • 生姜1块
  • 少许
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 五香粉半勺
  • 胡椒粉1勺
  • 芝麻香油一勺
  • 发酵粉3g

Steps to make 传统韭菜盒子

  • 1.面粉先用开水烫成絮状。
  • 2.加少许盐。
  • 3.加一小勺油搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加3克发酵粉。
  • 5.揉成没有干面粉的团醒20分钟。
  • 6.再揉成光滑的面团醒一小时。
  • 7.韭菜洗干净控水,准备3个鸡蛋,粉丝用温水先泡着。
  • 8.鸡蛋大碗里加少许盐,锅中倒油,油温六成热将鸡蛋倒进去用筷子搅散。
  • 9.韭菜切小段里面加一勺芝麻香油搅匀锁住水分。
  • 10.粉丝切成小段。
  • 11.生姜切末。
  • 12.将所有食材放进盆里。加五香粉,蚝油,胡椒粉,热油搅拌均匀,尝一下味,盐轻了可以加少许盐。
  • 13.馅就做好了。
  • 14.将面搓成长条,切成剂子。
  • 15.擀成薄片,将馅料放到面皮的1/2。
  • 16.折起来封口。做成花边一个菜盒生胚就做好了。
  • 17.电饼铛刷油。摁薄饼键盖盖。
  • 18.菜盒时间到菜盒就做好了。
  • 19.焦黄喧软劲道。
