人生中的第一台烤箱,老妈给我买了!星期一到家后,每天在学校激动的,看看这个,研究研究那个,就想着回来用烤箱做一大堆的美味。第一次用,烤出来的桃酥没想到味道如此的好,惊呆我了~(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……

  • 小苏打0.5g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 橄榄油30g
  • 黑芝麻少许

Steps to make 核桃桃酥

  • 1.核桃去皮,我用的是生核桃。从上个月开始,新核桃下来了,街上卖的超级多。
  • 2.放入烤箱,中层,上下火,170°,烤7—8分钟。
  • 3.烤好的核桃用到剁碎。
  • 4.鸡蛋和植物油放入碗中,筛入面粉。
  • 5.放少许的白砂糖,泡打粉和小苏打粉按照食材明细中的量来放。然后稍微搅拌一下。
  • 6.将切好的核桃碎放入面团中。
  • 7.将核桃碎均匀的揉进去。
  • 8.将面团分成大小均匀的小块儿,揉圆。
  • 9.用手掌轻轻按扁小面团,将其放到烤盘上。
  • 10.桃酥表面沾一点儿清水,撒上少许的黑芝麻装饰。
  • 11.烤箱提前预热,放入桃酥,中层,160°,上下火,15分钟左右。
  • 12.烤好的桃酥拿出来,还能听见桃酥内部滋滋作响。
  • 13.掰一块儿,酥到掉渣渣。
  • 14.咬一口,香味儿瞬间蔓延。
