  • 3.把5g白砂糖加入蛋黄中打发,

  • 5.打发至颜色变浅,体积膨胀,
  • 6.把巧克力隔水融化,
  • 7.加入打发好的蛋黄,翻拌均匀,
  • 8.再加入打发好的淡奶油,翻拌均匀,去冰箱冷藏一小时即可挤出形状,配上些红果食用,
