枣香豆渣饼
昨天打了红枣枸杞豆浆,沥出的豆渣舍不得扔,就寻思着做成豆渣饼!揉面的时候忘了放糖,喜欢甜口的可以适量放些白糖

  • 1.面粉和泡打粉混合,加入豆渣揉成团(豆渣的份量视干湿程度酌情添加)醒发15分钟
  • 2.面团擀成约0.5厘米的面片
  • 3.模具涂油摁出模型
  • 4.电饼铛上下盘预热,排入饼模
  • 5.合盖烘烤10分钟
  • 6.装盘!(忘了加糖,不对儿子胃口,喜欢甜口的可以适量加点)
