  • 黄油40g
  • 牛奶15ml
  • 高筋面粉20g
  • 蛋清30g
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 奶粉6g
  • 杏仁片10g

Steps to make 白巧克力布朗尼(布朗尼的简易做法)

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.白巧克力切小块,和黄油、牛奶一起倒入碗中。
  • 3.隔水加热,然后不断搅拌至巧克力与黄油完全融化,变成巧克力液模
  • 4.加入糖继续搅拌,再倒入蛋清,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.然后再加入高筋面粉和奶粉到巧克力液中,搅拌成面糊状。
  • 6.把杏仁片切碎倒入面糊中搅拌。(若大家喜欢吃果仁,可以把果仁放进去哦,这个看个人口味!)
  • 7.搅拌完成后
  • 8.把面糊放进模具中,烤箱预热180度,10分钟左右,然后再放进烤箱中层,上下火,180度,25分钟左右即可出炉!
  • 9.出炉后还必须放进冰箱4个小时后即可脱模。
