小米黑米糕
黑米:含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌等营养元素,营养丰富。黑米可益气补血、暖胃健脾、滋补肝肾、缩小便、止咳喘。对脾胃虚弱、体虚乏力、贫血失血、心悸气短、咳嗽喘逆。
小米:又叫粟米,有滋阴养血、清热解渴、健胃除湿、和胃安眠、防治消化不良的功效,小米的营养价值很高,尤适宜食欲欠佳、肠胃不好以及贫血的人食用。

Steps to make 小米黑米糕

  • 1.准备材料鸡蛋 5个牛奶 75克黑米 60克小米 30克低粉 70克白糖 100克
  • 2.将黑米和小米用家用料理机磨成粉备用。
  • 3.取两个干净的碗,将蛋黄、蛋白分离
  • 4.将白糖、牛奶加入蛋黄中搅拌均匀。
  • 5.筛入黑米粉、小米粉、低粉,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.用电动打蛋器打发蛋白,分3次加入白糖。
  • 7.蛋白打发至完全状态,提起时能定型。
  • 8.取1/3打发的蛋白加入黑米糊中,从下往上翻拌均匀,再取1/3打发的蛋白,同样方法,分3次用完全部蛋白。
  • 9.搅拌好的小米黑米糕糊倒入抹了油的蛋糕模中(8寸),包上保鲜膜或者盖上盘子,上锅大火蒸30分钟,闷5分钟出锅。
  • 10.凉透切块
