胡萝卜玉米排骨汤
:煲汤一定要一次加够水,不能一边煲一边加,这样汤的鲜味会变淡

2:因为方便,我用的是电饭煲,也可以用沙锅,汤煲都可以的。如果用电饭煲记得不要盖紧盖子,中间要用一个木筷子压着

3:买回来的排骨一定要过水,这样排出骨头里的血水,煲出来的汤就鲜甜可口了

Steps to make 胡萝卜玉米排骨汤

  • 1.材料图:排骨350G,胡萝卜一条,玉米二条分成六小个,马蹄6粒,姜三片,米酒一匙
  • 2.排骨买回来后洗干净,然后锅里放水将排骨出血水,我们这边说要过冷河,记得加小许米酒和姜片去腥
  • 3.水开后表面有小许泡沫的,这些就骨头里的血水了
  • 4.捞起排骨用水冲洗干净
  • 5.将排骨,胡萝卜,玉米,马蹄加入电饭煲中,加水,水要盖过材料
  • 6.加上姜片和米酒一匙,煲上一个半钟
  • 7.我是用电饭煲煲的,因为加的水多所以电饭煲不能盖上盖子,要不然后水开了汤汁流出。要用一支筷子压在旁边,这样水就不会流出。
  • 8.一个半钟后,汤好了,加上一小匙盐,就可以喝了~
