我爱吃的--东北糖饼
一提到东北特色,大家想到的多的应该是猪肉炖粉条,酸菜炒粉等等。今天的这个糖饼,是我们一家最爱吃的,香香甜甜,非常适合和豆腐脑一块儿吃。夏天不想做晚饭,热两个糖饼,做一锅西红柿鸡蛋汤,也是很好的。

  • 2.将面粉加入小苏打。用温水和面。
  • 3.将面团揉好,分成小剂子。
  • 4.将小剂子擀皮。
  • 5.包入白糖。{糖馅中最好拌少许面粉}
  • 6.收口包好,一定要捏实。避免出糖。
  • 7.包好后按扁。
  • 8.沾好芝麻。
  • 9.擀好饼胚。
  • 10.锅中放少许水,加热。
  • 11.锅中放饼胚。
  • 12.煎至两面金黄,即可出锅 。
