糖不甩
糖不甩又名如意果,是广东省的地方传统名点之一,属于粤菜甜点。口感绝对是酥滑香甜、醒胃而不腻、味香四溢、老少咸宜。糖不甩是汤圆的孪生兄弟,加姜汁特别祛寒正气。

糖不甩做法简易,直接把糯米粉煮熟,挪搓成粉丸,在铁锅中用滚热的糖浆煮熟,然后撒上碾碎的炒花生或切成丝的煎鸡蛋伴食。

由来典故

那么这“糖不甩”的由来又是什么呢?据传还跟八仙有关。清朝道光十九年,广东东莞东坑镇一带吸食鸦片之人甚多。初春二月二,由于流毒泛滥,民不聊生,赶往东坑过“卖身节”受财主雇佣的男丁精壮无几,大都是面黄肌瘦,劳力退减。上天大八洞神仙吕洞宾闻说后连忙打制治瘾灵丹,普渡众生。但良药苦口,再者私自下凡,乃冒犯天条。于是吕仙人把仙丹藏于熟糯粉丸内,配以糖浆煮成甜滑、可口的“糖不甩”(取之“糖粉粘丹不分离”之意),摇身变成一个挑担叫卖的老翁,从街头到墟尾实行半卖半送。众人吃后,果真杀住了鸦片流毒,体力、智力恢复。农历廿四节气倒背如流,东坑“糖不甩”因此而名扬远近。

  • 9.锅中留2大勺水,加入红糖慢慢熬
  • 10.熬稠浇入红糖水,洒上椰蓉
