Steps to make 鲜嫩玉米粥

  • 1.买回来的嫩玉米,摘净玉米胡须,清洗干净。今天的嫩玉米有点老,适合煮羹吃。
  • 2.小葱去皮洗净切碎,将嫩玉米用擦扳擦出浆来,今天的玉米浆很少,有点粗,不过粗点也没关系,口感好,特别有嫩玉米的香甜味,煮后就黏糯了。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的水,水开下入嫩玉米浆,注意快速搅拌均匀。
  • 4.这样看来还是很细腻的,黄黄的看着就有食欲吧,这嫩玉米羹可甜可咸,今天做的是咸口味。
  • 5.基本煮熟后,加入盐、香葱碎调味,搅拌均匀。也可以换成糖,或者什么都不加,随自己喜好的口味,都好吃。
  • 6.出锅,搭配早餐,好吃还有营养。
