香菇猪肉锅贴
上次看到这个玫瑰锅贴的时候,儿子在身边嚷着说好想吃,今天买到了饺子皮,就想着也给他做一顿。一共做了六个,然后自己吃了3个,用的馅是香菇肉饺的馅,味儿也是棒棒的好吃。这里的分量是四十多个饺子的分量,要是只想做6个的话就要1/4的量就可以了哦

  • 猪肉430克
  • 新鲜香菇150克
  • 香葱3克
  • 3克
  • 酱油5克
  • 蚝油25克
  • 淀粉35克
  • 料酒10克
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 花生油15克

Steps to make 香菇猪肉锅贴

  • 1.香菇,香葱洗净切碎,姜蒜切末
  • 2.梅头肉去皮洗净剁碎或用绞肉机绞碎
  • 3.把所有的材料都倒入一个大碗
  • 4.顺时针拌匀
  • 5.取5个饺子皮压着中间排起来
  • 6.中间放上适量的肉馅
  • 7.切开再卷起,接口处沾水贴合好
  • 8.热锅放入适量的油,放入锅贴,小火煎2分钟
  • 9.倒入没过1/3高度的清水,盖上盖子焖10分钟左右
  • 10.再掀开盖子煎干水即可,底部很脆香哦
  • 11.开吃
