    Steps to make 椰香咖喱鸡

    • 1.准备鸡大腿两个,土豆一个,胡萝卜一根,洋葱半个。(两人份)
    • 2.胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆洗净,去皮切块。
    • 3.鸡肉切块,如果能去骨最好。
    • 4.锅中放适量油,将洋葱炒至半透明状,下入鸡块翻炒。
    • 5.炒至鸡肉变色,加入胡萝卜和土豆翻炒一分钟,放入适量咖喱粉。
    • 6.倒入椰浆,大火煮开十分钟。我把整盒椰浆都加进去了 就没有另外加水。
    • 7.关火后加入适量盐调味即可。
