全麦花生粒面包
面包到是经常做,却很少用专业的烘焙原料,基本上就是用蒸馒头的面粉来做,这次用的全麦面包粉还是前一段时间参加本站活动奖励的,虽然口感略微粗糙,但全麦面粉对人体却有许多的好处,现在的人们不仅只注重吃的好,更加注重吃的健康、吃的有营养了。

  • 绵白糖40g
  • 山核桃油25g
  • 鸡蛋54g
  • 花生碎90g
  • 1g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 70g

Steps to make 全麦花生粒面包

  • 1.花生米炒熟晾凉捣碎
  • 2.面包桶内加水、核桃油、盐和糖分别放对角处,然后打入一个鸡蛋
  • 3.加全麦面包粉,接着倒入酵母粉
  • 4.开启和面程序,待面粉成团后倒入花生碎继续完成和面程序
  • 5.和好的面团饧发至2倍大小
  • 6.取出面团稍加揉面,然后分成均等的6份放烤盘里
  • 7.二次饧发好的面包胚
  • 8.送入烤箱200度烤30分钟即可
