好像咱家从来就没做过糖蒜,不知道为什么今年忽然会想起买大蒜来腌。其实这样的东西往往在做好之后就被遗忘,很久也不会想到要拿出来吃。
既然蒜已经买来了,还是做一些吧。不知道调料的配比,有度娘帮忙。趁热打铁,这就腌上了。放了近一月,看看大蒜好像有些上色了,个别还略有些泛绿,莫非,这就是传说中的腊八蒜?大概能吃了吧,捡几颗出来尝尝。

  • 1.新鲜大蒜剥去外衣,露出一颗颗蒜瓣
  • 2.切去底部根须
  • 3.装入瓶中
  • 4.加入一半醋
  • 5.倒入糖
  • 6.加盐
  • 7.再加入剩下的醋直至没过大蒜
  • 8.腌制一月后打开
  • 9.取出,食用
