汉方姜母鸭
据《中国药谱》及《汉方药典》两书所载,“姜母鸭”原系一道宫廷御膳,相传为商代名医吴仲所创,后来流传至民间,遂成为一款名菜。
“姜母鸭”以红面番鸭为原料,用芝麻油将鸭肉炒香后,再加入老姜(姜母)及米酒等炖煮而成。成菜味道鲜香,甘辛兼备,且具有疏肝润肺、养胃健脾、舒筋活血、祛寒化痰等功效。

Steps to make 汉方姜母鸭

  • 1.鸭子洗净切块
  • 2.各种中药
  • 3.芝麻油烧热,加入切好的老姜片翻炒至微黄出香味
  • 4.倒入切好的鸭块翻炒几下
  • 5.加入冰糖适量,翻炒至鸭块成焦糖色
  • 6.倒入半瓶米酒
  • 7.炖至没有酒味,加入适量开水
  • 8.放入中药,盐
  • 9.移入砂锅,小火炖一小时左右即可。
  • 10.美味营养的姜母鸭出锅了
