Steps to make 手撕爽口京包菜

  • 1.(1)京包菜、指天椒洗净备用;
  • 2.(2)将京包菜全部用手撕成小块(可以用刀切,但是觉得手撕的形状漂亮点,吃起来会比较好吃);
  • 3.(3)用一个无油干净的容器,均匀放入少量盐;
  • 4.(4)用手揉抓一会,使其更容易入味;
  • 5.(5)揉抓至大约回缩了三分之一的时候,均匀倒入适量白醋,放入辣椒段;
  • 6.(6)用无油干净的筷子搅拌均匀,常温放置6小时候即可食用;
  • 7.(7)一次做多了,还可以存放在干净容器里,放入冰箱存放;
