竹荪是世界上最珍贵的食用菌之一,特别是产于贵州省织金县的红托竹荪更是竹荪家族中唯一清香型珍品,其形态优美、气息馨香、味道鲜美、质地脆嫩、口感极佳。自古就是南方地方官吏对皇帝的贡品,至今仍是国宴佳肴,具有极高的营养和滋补作用。经常食用可提高人体免疫能力,降低高血压、降低血管中胆固醇含量;减少腹壁脂肪贮藏避免肥胖,以及防治多种补纤血管疾病的作用,其抗癌活性远优于冬虫夏草, 正是由于竹荪的滋补扶正作用,古人又称竹荪为“竹参”。

Steps to make 竹荪土鸡汤

  • 1.土鸡冲洗干净后切块,葱切断,姜切片。
  • 2.竹荪用淡盐水浸泡半小时以上,泡开后冲洗一下上面的杂质。
  • 3.鸡块葱姜料酒一起放入砂锅,一次倒入足够的水,大火煮开将血沫捞干净,改小火慢炖两小时以上。
  • 4.准备吃饭前放入竹荪中火炖半个小时以上,撒上适量的盐调味就可以出锅了。
  • 5.鲜美的,营养的,减肥的。
