香蕉戚风蛋糕卷

Steps to make 香蕉戚风蛋糕卷

  • 1.香蕉去皮切段。
  • 2.加入柠檬汁搅成香蕉泥(要用熟透的香蕉,才会香)。
  • 3.蛋白分三次加入50克糖打至硬性发泡(打蛋头提起来有直立小尖角)。
  • 4.蛋黄+油+水+香蕉泥搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入过筛低粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.取1/3蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊中,拌匀。
  • 7.将蛋黄糊倒入剩余蛋白糊中均匀。
  • 8.倒入烤盘(烤盘底部铺上一张油纸),抹平表面。
  • 9.入烤箱,中层,上下火,165度,烤25分钟左右。出炉后把蛋糕从烤盘移到晾网上,四周油纸撕开,晾凉。
  • 10.把蛋糕移到另外一张新油纸上,烤面朝上,刷上一层蜂蜜,卷起来,冰箱定性半小时以上,即可切块食用。
