    Steps to make 莲藕酿

    • 1.准备莲藕一个,猪肉适量(三分肥,七分瘦比较好)
    • 2.把莲藕头尾去掉,削皮后放入水中浸泡
    • 3.猪肉剁成泥,加入葱姜末,耗油,老抽,生抽,料酒,盐 淀粉抓匀
    • 4.把腌好的肉泥借助竹签塞入莲藕的孔洞里面(做这一步有点麻烦,要有耐心)
    • 5.塞好后的莲藕,剩下的肉泥备用
    • 6.炒锅烧热,倒入适量油,把莲藕塞有肉的两面放入锅中各煎半分钟
    • 7.锅中留油,放入葱姜末煸香
    • 8.倒入剩下的肉泥翻炒
    • 9.翻炒后加入豆瓣酱,盐 继续翻炒
    • 10.加入一大碗水烧开
    • 11.放入莲藕,大火烧开改小火
    • 12.烧到汤汁浓稠即可出锅
    • 13.切成厚片,淋上肉汤即可
