盐水虾
非常简单的做法,味道却很鲜美。

其实我感觉虾是比较容易操作的食材,

做法很多,而且做出来都会很好吃。

    Steps to make 盐水虾

    • 1.鲜虾备用。
    • 2.配料备用。
    • 3.配料入锅,加入适量的水。
    • 4.放入盐,一汤匙料酒,煮到盐融化。煮好后,舀出来一碗入冰箱冷冻。
    • 5.从虾的头尾连接处抠开一侧用把虾肠子扯出来。
    • 6.处理好所有的虾把锅上的水烧开,大火放入虾。
    • 7.搅拌一下,沸腾立刻关火。
    • 8.入冰箱冷冻的汤汁,放入大碗内,加入冰块。
    • 9.虾捞出来放入事先冷冻好的汤汁中,覆盖冰块,入冰箱冷藏十分钟。
    • 10.另按个人喜好准备蘸料。(我用了香油,姜末,辣椒油等)
    • 11.冷藏好的虾,摆盘即可。
