时近中秋,一直对月饼没什么想法,甚至有点懒得动的趋势。忽然发现自己曾经那个玫瑰饼总时不时飘过眼前。忽然一亮,其实可以把它改成桂花版本,那一瓶桂花酱也是久没用过了。把陈年老酱翻出来,玩个改版,再看后续会不会有什么劲头吧。
不玩新奇特,就是那些传统用料,最最简单的方式,拌匀就行。顺手再一个个搓成小球,到时候直接用。。。。

  • 花生15克
  • 熟面粉50克

  • 花生油30克
  • 白糖45克
  • 黑芝麻5克
  • 白芝麻5克
  • 瓜子仁10克
  • 南瓜子10克
  • 核桃仁10克

Steps to make 桂花果仁馅

  • 1.用料:桂花酱40克,花生15克,熟面粉50克,盐1克,花生油30克,白糖45克,黑芝麻5克,白芝麻5克,瓜子仁10克,南瓜子10克,核桃仁10克
  • 2.将除芝麻外的坚果烤熟切碎,
  • 3.黑白芝麻烤熟后加一勺熟面粉,放入料理机,
  • 4.搅打成粉末。
  • 5.将所有坚果碎末倒入大碗,混合均匀
  • 6.加入白糖混合均匀。
  • 7.倒入熟面粉,混合均匀。
  • 8.加入桂花酱,拌匀,
  • 9.倒入花生油,
  • 10.抓搓至能捏成不松散的团状。
  • 11.分成12等分,搓成小球备用。
